Join us in this exciting role and support our Automotive team for our newly created position of Business Owner - Private Clients with P&L responsibility for our automotive unit.

About The Role

We are looking for a business minded professional with affinity to product management, eager to own P&L responsibility for our existing Private Clients business and in addition drive a completely new value proposition for this segment. As part of the Automotive Leadership Team he/she will cooperate amongst others with colleagues from Product, Development, Sales, Marketing and Data to create and capture value for the Business Unit.

It would certainly help if you bring experience in the digital/classifieds space and have affinity to the automotive market.

The role of the Business Owner Private Clients is to assure the successful optimisation of existing solutions as well as the ideation and execution of new propositions in an agile manner.

What we will expect from you

• Develop a vision and set the strategic direction for the Private Clients Business driving growth significantly through optimisation of the current business and looking for new opportunities
• Build a new business stream for the target group from the ground in cooperation with various teams
• Own the Business Unit P&L and drive data-based decisions
• Work cross-functions with product, engineering, operations, sales and marketing teams.
• Excite internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best solutions
• As a member of the Automotive Leadership Team participate actively in strategic and overarching discussions and decisions

• Demonstrated ability to interpret customer needs and market trends.

• Possess strategic thinking skills and business instinct to translate opportunities and needs into tangible business actions.
• Extensive track record of clear and effective communication with C-suite stakeholders and across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in agile and data-driven work methodologies.
