Take your expertise to new heights - Join Jet Aviation as an Avionics Technical Expert and play a key role in executing complex maintenance and modification projects while driving continuous improvement across our avionics operations. In this dynamic role, you'll support the Aircraft Avionic Supervisor, work hands-on with cutting-edge aircraft systems, and mentor the next generation of aviation professionals. Your role

Maintain open dialogue and promptly raise concerns:

Keep supervisors informed and address issues swiftly to ensure smooth operations

Strictly follow regulations:

Champion safety by ensuring full compliance with Safety, EHS policies, internal processes, and aviation regulations

Lead by example:

Foster a safe and highly efficient working environment that sets the standard for the team Execute complex maintenance, modifications, repairs, testing, troubleshooting, and defect rectification with precision and quality Collaborate closely with the Aircraft Avionic Supervisor on Base and Line Maintenance, Refurbishment, and Completions projects to ensure timely and successful delivery

Keep all technical documentation and paperwork current and accurate:

Uphold company standards (PR-0369 and MOE) with diligence

Accurately report and record all defects and findings:

Maintain meticulous records that support transparency and quality assurance

Actively engage in technical and project meetings:

Share valuable insights and contribute to effective problem-solving Work seamlessly with Avionic Technicians, Licensed Engineers, Mechanics, Project Managers, and external vendors to foster strong teamwork and communication

Mentor and support colleagues:

Inspire knowledge sharing and skills development to elevate the entire team's expertise

Drive continuous improvement and innovation:

Proactively suggest and implement best practices that push the team and projects forward

Support external companies involved in aircraft projects:

Provide expert technical assistance to ensure seamless collaboration

Adapt and take on additional tasks as assigned by the Aircraft Avionic Supervisor or Senior Manager Avionic Operations:

Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive attitude to meet evolving business needs

Your profile

Minimum 8 years of experience as a Licensed Avionics Engineer or Subject Matter Expert Holder of a valid EASA Part-66 B2 license (with Type Ratings), including Gulfstream G700 or FAA A&P equivalent Solid knowledge of Gulfstream G700 avionics systems and aircraft maintenance documentation Technical Degree (3-year education in a relevant technical discipline) Proficient in aviation regulations and authority requirements Skilled in SAP ERP (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite Fluent in technical

English (C1 level)

- both written and spoken Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth Consistently delivers high-quality results and meets deadlines effectively Leads by example while inspiring and fostering a positive, collaborative team environment
