Back-End Developer

Day-to-Day Responsibilities?

• Develop and maintain mission-critical applications for debit card transaction processing on HP NonStop systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including Switzerland, Romania, Italy, Spain, Belgium to deliver high-quality solutions
• Analyze, design, and implement system enhancements and new features to meet evolving business requirements
• Ensure system stability, performance, and adherence to industry standards and best practices

In practice this means:
Educational Background:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• COBOL-proficiency and proven track record of using
• C++ Knowledge
• SQL Knowledge
• Experience with Java and C is a significant advantage
• Familiarity with HP Non Stop systems is highly beneficial

Languages:

• Proficient in English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of German / French (nice to have)

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work
