Your daily work

• Innovate & execute:

?Design, plan, and implement the most innovative digital banking solutions that will shape the future of banks and Fintechs, using agile project management methods like SAFe and Design Thinking. * Learn & develop:
Enhance your expertise in payments, credit, core banking, retail, corporate, or private banking by learning from our industry experts. * Lead & manage:
Grow and take on leadership roles and end-to-end responsibilities for projects, internal and external teams, or develop strategic client sales proposals. * Connect & exchange:
Leverage our unique team of experts by connecting to other Accenture teams, ranging from technology to marketing, to bring the best value to our clients.

Who you are
We are looking for client-oriented team players with motivated, entrepreneurial personalities who are eager to learn and willing to step outside their comfort zones.

• Educational background:

Master's degree in economics, business administration, computer science or engineering. * Professional experience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in banking, financial services, or consulting within the financial sector, as well as project experience and team leadership, particularly with international exposure, is a plus. * Language skills:
Fluency in both German and English, additional languages of advantage. * Additional requirements:
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, affinity for technology, readiness to travel.

Skills Required
