Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Provide support on executed agreements in response to issues and questions
- Manage standard contracts and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain and update contract information within assigned tracking tools
- Collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization
- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts
- Fluent in German and English
- Residency in Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Completed legal degree (lic. iur. / MLaw) or relevant certification
- At least 3 years PQE in the legal field, banking experience is a plus
- Proven experience in the area of contract law & contract management
