We are looking for a
skilled and motivated barista (100 %)
to join a new cafe opening soon in the center ofWinterthur
.Our concept combines Mediterranean inspiration with modern Swiss quality, serving espresso-based drinks, iced coffees, and high-quality pastries in an elegant, relaxed environment.
Position
Barista (100 %) - Full-Time
Responsibilities
Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages (espresso, freddo, cappuccino, iced latte, etc.) Provide professional and friendly service to guests Handle take-away and counter orders efficiently Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization at all times Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a barista in a cafe or hospitality setting
Very good knowledge of German and English (spoken)
Greek or Italian
language skills are an advantage Strong espresso and milk-steaming skills (latte art a plus) Reliable, proactive, and customer-oriented personality Flexibility to work weekends and rotating shiftsWork Schedule
100 % full-time (? 42 hours per week) Rotating days off, including weekend availability
