Take full responsibility for your assigned

bar or lounge area

in daily operations Prepare and serve beverages to a

high standard

personalised service and expert advice

to guests with a strong service-oriented approach Support the

Bar Manager

in maintaining quality and service standards Ensure smooth and efficient operations within your section Oversee

mise en place

, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your workspace Comply with all

hygiene and safety regulations

(HACCP) Assist in the

training and supervision

of commis, interns, and new team members Actively participate in

special events

, guest shifts, and pop-up experiences Represent the bar as a

warm, professional, and welcoming host

Your Profile

Completed training in

hospitality or gastronomy

Professional experience in the

5-star segment

, ideally familiar with

LQA standards

Passion for

premium beverages

and

modern bar culture

Strong sense of responsibility and a genuine

host mentality

Excellent

team player

with a high level of

service orientation

Fluent

German and English

(spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Well-groomed appearance and confident, professional demeanour Willingness to work
