HOW YOU CAN MAKE AN IMPACT


You will prepare competitive offers in close cooperation with the vehicle sales and quotation team You will coordinate the quotation team and ensure that all relevant information is brought together in a targeted manner You will manage the entire quotation process-from scheduling and moderating meetings to documentation You will analyze customer requirements, identify risks, and develop appropriate solution strategies You will accompany quotation and contract negotiations and represent our interests with confidence



HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE


You have a university degree, e.g. in business administration or industrial engineering You have many years of professional experience in the railway industry and in bid management, particularly in the areas of calculation, pricing, profitability and risk analysis You communicate clearly and convincingly, work independently and responsibly, and have a confident manner with a winning personality You have very good English and good German skills You are flexible and ready to work, especially during intensive phases of the bidding process

The Bussnang site is home to our divisional functions such as Sales, Data & Digital Services, and Finance, and also serves as the headquarters of Stadler Rail. Thanks to its own train station, it is easily accessible by public transport, and parking spaces are available for employees. A Migros canteen offers both morning snacks and lunch.
