Your Responsibilities:
Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and varied daily routine.
Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and open communication.
Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop our high-quality standards.
What You Bring:
CACHE Level 3 Diploma with or without recognition or equivalent Swiss recognised Early Years Educator diploma.
Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
Interest in your own professional and personal development.
