Responsibilities

Lead as the go-to expert for plant utilities systems. Identify and successfully implement process improvements to enhance system availability, reduce costs, and improve product quality. Provide technical support to utilities operations to resolve issues and ensure flawless production processes. Collaborate with development and engineering teams to ensure the manufacturability of new products. Work closely with quality assurance to ensure strict compliance with GMP standards. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of processes and procedures. Examine operational data to spot trends and possibilities for improvement. Train engineering and operations staff on new processes and standard methodologies. Partner with interdisciplinary teams to support overall manufacturing objectives. Ensure the maintenance and optimization of utilities equipment for reliable operations. Guarantee all activities align with safety laws to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Demonstrated expertise in utilities engineering, specifically within plant and clean utilities, and HVAC systems. Strong background in process improvement and lean manufacturing. Outstanding skills in technical support and collaboration with multi-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of quality and compliance. Proficiency in data analysis and documentation. Excellent communication and training abilities.
