YOUR ROLE
As a
Sales Consultant
, you represent Swarovski with passion, style, and a deep appreciation for our brand heritage. You create a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere for our international customers, offering exceptional service and ensuring that every interaction reflects the magic and sparkle of Swarovski.
With your strong communication skills and customer?focused mindset, you provide expert advice on our jewelry and lifestyle collections, tailoring your recommendations to each customer's individual needs. In addition to delivering outstanding service, you actively contribute to achieving sales targets and play an important role in the commercial success of the store.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Deliver annual performance results and increase sales revenue
Execute and support marketing initiatives
Handle day-to-day retail operations including backroom organization and cleanliness
Ensure a smooth and timely supply chain flow
Implement the brand's visual merchandise guidelines and communicate reports monthly
Store
Handle day-to-day retail operations including backroom organization and cleanliness

Training
Plan, prepare and facilitate Sales staff's training
Lead the induction of new employees
Deliver product and customer service trainings (supported by materials from the brand)
Attend the brand's product, visual merchandise and new launch training
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and high proficiency in German
