About the Brand and content team:
As part of the Brand and content team, you'll be closely involved in key marketing and communication activities. This team is responsible for driving a consistent brand communication strategy across channels. It supports projects from planning to execution, working in close collaboration with internal teams (Digital, Consumer Programs, Portfolio, Commercial Operations) to develop impactful and aligned content.
Our Brand and content team plays a cross-functional role, ensuring that content aligns with both business needs and consumer expectations. It also contributes to improving campaign performance and helping the company continuously elevate its communication standards.
You will be at the core of key business activities and will get a deep dive into marketing communications to our adult consumers.
A solid understanding of brand framework and business acumen is essential to this role, as well as proactivity in suggesting improvements (impact or ROI) based on the insights from performance monitoring.

Currently studying for your Master/bachelor's degree in marketing management - Communications or Digital marketing
Passionate about marketing communications and in particular digital channels
Proactive, agile, dynamic personality
Embracing new challenges with great attitude
A strong eye for detail combined with a good level of curiosity
At ease with ambiguity
Fluent in English, German, French and Italian are beneficial
Roles & Objectives
As a student, you will support the Brand and content team on a variety of concrete projects that contributes to achieving business results for Philip Morris Switzerland. You'll collaborate with different internal teams to help ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery of communication campaigns.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Ensure content campaigns are well planned and developed in line with internal briefs with the support of the creative agency
Ensure timely preparation of creative assets and coordination with teams to meet deadlines and campaigns calendar.
Ensure the content meets the right consumer impact by adapting each channel's specific needs (online and offline) and monitoring relevant metrics
Ensure internal and external collaboration runs efficiently by organizing retro plans and follow ups with stakeholders
What you'll learn?
