To expand our team at the headquarter in Schlieren we are looking for a highly motivated:

Brand Experience & Trade Marketing Specialist (m/w) 100%

In this thrilling position, you will work closely with the Media & Communication team to create and deliver impactful in-store events that drive sales, engage customers, and strengthen our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial in-store events for our Brands to drive sales and customer traffic. Manage the full event cycle from concept to logistics, on-site execution, and post-analysis. Identify and build collaborations and sponsorships with strong commercial and visibility impact. Coordinate regularly with HQ Italy to align with global strategies, adapt concepts for the Swiss market, and present results. Monitor KPIs, sales impact, and customer insights to evaluate event success. Create analyses, dashboards, and presentations to optimize event strategy and ROI.

Your Profile

1-2 years of experience in trade/retail marketing, events, or similar roles; experience in fashion or premium/luxury is a strong plus. Higher education in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Hands-on mentality, comfortable managing projects from strategy to execution. Highly organized, flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Knowledge of the Swiss media landscape and a relevant professional network are strong advantages. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign skills are a plus. Fluent in German, English and Italian.
