Lead the sustainability function in high voltage products
Lead and manage a sustainability team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
Develop and implement sustainability strategies tailored to high-voltage products and technologies
Collaborate and coordinate with other sustainability functions across company
Drive ESG initiatives across production, supply chain, and product lifecycle
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to integrate eco-design and circular economy principles
Oversee carbon footprint assessments and energy efficiency programs across Business unit
Prepare and present sustainability reports and disclosures (e.g., CSRD, GRI, TCFD)
Engage with the customers and partners to support their sustainability targets.
Conduct internal training and awareness programs on sustainability topics
Represent the company in industry forums, working groups, and stakeholder engagements
Your background
Bachelor Degree in Environmental Science, Material Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field
Minimum of
5 years of experience
in sustainability roles, preferably within the technology or manufacturing sectors
Proven expertise in sustainability strategies for
high-voltage products
Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks, environmental compliance, and reporting standards
Experience with material compliance, EU Taxonomy, life cycle assessments (LCA), carbon accounting, and energy management
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Strong communication skills in English
