Your Responsibilities

1st point of contact for external visitors Organize, coordinate and control business trips and related expense reports Ensure timely accounts receivable process (AR) and support accounting closing Coordinate and control order management process (service & material orders) Support of general facility management and internal facility activities General administration and update of company systems & programs
Support of internal projects and staff events

Your Profile

Completed administrative training (KV or Handelsschule) with similar experience in Business Administrator role Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English, German and French (additional languages are welcome) Strong communication skills, teamwork and empathiy Experienced in constructive feedback and conflict resolution Assertive and confident decision-maker Goal-oriented with a collaborative mindset
