Project / Role:

For our challenging project, we are looking for an experienced business analyst with at least five years of experience in this role. Your expertise in analyzing and optimizing business processes, as well as your ability to conduct market analyses in the technical field, are crucial to the success of our project.

Main tasks:

- Survey and structured documentation of the current MCM system landscape (client and server management, patching, software distribution). Identification of application areas, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and operational frameworks.
- Definition of functional, technical, operational, and security-related requirements for a future target architecture
. - Conducting a structured market analysis of available client and server management solutions (e.g., MCM, Intune, hybrid approaches, alternative solutions).
- Development of technological and organizational variants for the future direction.
- Evaluation based on criteria such as feasibility, integration capability, security, migration effort, and risks.
- Derivation of a recommendation for action on the future direction of MCM operations .

Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst
- Successful implementation of software delivery projects using MCM
- Experience in designing, modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes
- Experience in projects within the Swiss federal landscape is an advantage

Education:

- Tertiary education in computer science, economics or business informatics
- HERMES 5.1 certification
