Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering for a long-term engagement (Ref. 924545DO). The position involves the analysis, specification, and documentation of business requirements in a complex digitization project within the legal and administrative sector. The goal is to develop a secure, auditable, and standardized solution for the electronic creation and management of official documents as part of the digital transformation of public administration.
Responsibilities:
Planning and conducting workshops with specialist departments and stakeholders Gathering, consolidating, analyzing, and refining business requirements Creating user stories and use cases with acceptance criteria Coordination with development, architecture, and testing; considering integration aspects (APIs/web services, batch/data flows, data model) Creating product documentation and internal documentation (e.g., in Confluence) Active participation in agile projects (Scrum ceremonies, backlog maintenance, prioritization, reviews, and retrospectives) Ensuring clear, comprehensible, and artifact-compliant documentation
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in agile projects, ideally in the public or regulated sector Sound knowledge of UML and modeling methods Practical experience with Jira and Confluence Experience in cross-project requirements gathering and coordination of various stakeholders Confident facilitation of workshops and voting sessions Completed IT training IREB certification or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis (CAS or Diploma)
