Job Description
For a long-term contract, we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Ref. 924479DO). The position will involve leading and coordinating requirements management in complex projects, as well as responsibility for high-quality specifications and documentation.
Tasks:
Planning and conducting workshops Recording, consolidating, analyzing, and specifying technical requirements Creating user stories/use cases with acceptance criteria Coordinating with development, architecture, and testing; considering integration aspects (APIs/web services, batch/data flows, data model) Creating product documentation, including internal documentation Actively participating in agile projects (Scrum ceremonies, backlog maintenance, coordinating with development and testing) Supporting backlog management/prioritization
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst in agile projects Practical experience with UML Proven practice with Jira and Confluence Experience in cross-program requirements gathering and coordination
Education:
Completed training in IT IREB certification or equivalent qualification in Business Analysis (CAS or diploma)
Languages:
German native speaker/fluent
