Job Description
Job title : Business Analyst
Location : Zurich, Switzerland
Work model : fully onsite 5 days/week
Roles & responsibilities:
DCT legal and business rules mapping
Review of on-prem authorization concept
Documentation of existing on-prem workflows
Documentation of OOTB configuration for new functionalities (Ask iManage, SPM, Threat Manager, Insight+, Records Manager)
Review and adjustment of existing support and training materials
Impact :
Accelerate onboarding.
Alignment with requirements from AI use case
Legal Search (e.g. searching for precedents or guidance on legal issues across systems)
Legal Extraction (e.g. extracting and comparing specific clauses across a document set in M&A transaction)
Legal Document Query (e.g. querying a document/(s) to surface specific insights)
Legal Document Summarization (e.g. summarize the content of a large legal document)
Legal Document Review (e.g. reviewing invoices for adherence to billing guidelines)
