We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst in the Legal & Technical field (924528JP) for our client. This role requires in-depth experience in developing decision-making frameworks and a strong understanding of collaboration with legal and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities:

- Creating decision-making documents, including variant comparisons and management summaries.
- Collaborating with legal and technical stakeholders to define and implement target processes.
- Participating in projects for digitization and the development of electronic solutions.
- Supporting project documentation, ideally using tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Enterprise Architect.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Experience in collaborating with legal and technical stakeholders.
- Experience in defining target processes.
- Preferably experience in the public sector.
- Good knowledge of digitalization projects or projects involving electronic solutions.
- Preferably experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Enterprise Architect.

Education:

- Completed vocational training or university degree in a relevant field.
- Certification in business analysis (IREB or equivalent)

Language:

- German: fluent in spoken and written German (at least C1 level)
