Zusammenfassung:
Trapeze ITS UK is a global leader in Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS), delivering innovative public transport technology solutions to major cities worldwide.
As a key member of the Product Development Centre, you will bridge the gap between customers and development teams for our real-time control backend solution. Your primary responsibility is to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, specified, and translated into actionable development tasks, enabling the delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with project teams and customers to gather and clarify requirements, including on-site visits as needed. Develop clear, detailed functional specifications for development teams, ensuring alignment with existing products. Create use cases, data flow diagrams, and user interface mock-ups to support feature development, using Atlassian Confluence. Act as feature owner throughout the development cycle: present and review specifications, address queries, monitor sprint outcomes, and conduct initial testing. Coordinate cross-component features and integration points as required. Support system testing and validate functional acceptance of delivered features. Assist with on-site integration and acceptance testing when possible.

Qualifications:Degree in Computer Sciences or Economy; BSc or MSc. Minimum two years' experience in complex software integration and delivery projects Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written Familiar with Agile Software Development (SCRUM) Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence Ability to travel to customer sites worldwide (up to 20%) Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ideally several years experience in the area of public transport ITS systems; familiar with the standard terms used.
