Job Description

• Analyse, Spezifikation und Priorisierung von Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Entwicklern, Testern und UX.
• Entwicklung und Prasentation von Prototypen inkl. Validierung via Usability? und A/B?Testing.
• Sicherstellung von Stabilitat, Performance und Sicherheit der TWINT App (inkl. 2nd/3rd?Level?Support).
• Unterstutzung der Umsetzung nach agilen Methoden (v.?a. SAFe).
• Erstellung von fachlichen und technischen Konzepten sowie Prozess? und Datenflussmodellen.
• Durchfuhrung von User Research, Workshops und Usability?Evaluierungen.

Ihr Profil

• Mindestens 5-8 Jahre Erfahrung als Business Analyst im Mobile? oder FinTech?Umfeld
• Tiefes Know-how in Requirements Engineering, User Story Mapping, UCD und Prozessmodellierung (BPMN/UML)
• Vertraut mit Testmanagement, Qualitatssicherung sowie A/B? und Usability?Tests
• Starke Fahigkeiten im Stakeholder?Management und in der Erstellung von Spezifikationen und technischen Konzepten
• Ausgepragtes Verstandnis fur Mobile Payment, Geschaftsprozesse und digitale Customer Journeys

• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch & Englisch
