Job Description

For our client in the financial sector, we are seeking a Business Analyst (80-100%) for the implementation of their new HR suite (Reference No.: 924593OK). You will work closely with HR specialists, various stakeholders and end users from different sales units, as well as IT and the software implementation partner.

Main tasks:

Organization, moderation and execution of workshops for requirements and solution identification Analysis and documentation of current / future processes Development, evaluation and presentation of solutions to stakeholders Creating necessary artifacts such as features, requirements specifications, use cases, etc. Creating and executing functional test cases.

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience Strong analytical and conceptual skills, precise and structured working style - quick comprehension and ability to work in a wide range of technical topics. Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing complex relationships and dependencies Ability to question existing processes and implement sustainable alternative solutions Broad professional knowledge in HR (preferably in the banking sector) Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and its modules or equivalent HR suites is an advantage. Several years of experience with various project management methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, traditional) in business analysis and requirements engineering Open-minded and empathetic team player with a high degree of independence Excellent flair and understanding of IT systems
