Hitachi Energy\\\'s Grid Integration business unit has implemented more than 4,000 projects over the past 15 years. Our grid integration portfolio covers a wide range of transmission and substation applications that enable reliable and efficient system integration of the digital power grid of the future with minimal environmental impact.

We combine the integrated systems, solutions and services of our DC and AC businesses, including HVDC, substations, FACTS, power quality solutions such as offshore wind and semiconductors. We provide power consulting for key segments in the power system, such as renewables, transmission and distribution systems, and e-transport solutions.

To support our team, we are looking for a Business Controller for Power Conversion and e-mobility operations, located in Turgi, Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

All activities related to monthly closing, including general accounting activities, reporting and collaboration with shared services (GBS)

Cost center controlling, cost recharges and cost center budgeting and forecasting

Hourly rates calculations and absorption management

R&D controlling and reporting & CAPEX plan

Balance sheet reviews

Accounting and reporting tools development, improvements, and involvement in the implementation (reporting tools, ERP/SAP etc.)

Support to other functions on project and orders reporting related matters

Other adhoc financial analysis and reporting

Coordination of resources from finance center of excellence in Bangalore, India (remote collaboration)

Your background

Qualified in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting

+5 years of experience in the areas of finance, operational, manufacturing, supply chain controlling and/or accounting

Strong experience with ERP systems preferably SAP (CO/FI) and Data warehouse/ BI reporting tools

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Attention to details with the ability to see a broader picture

Strong interpersonal and business partnering skills

Proactive and self-driven personality, team player

Strong interest in continuous process improvements
