Acquiring and retaining new customers by phone and e-mail, drafting contracts, sending offers & follow-ups\\n
Marketing activities, calls or personal visits to potential customers\\n
Ensure after-sales follow-up and customer satisfaction\\n
Social media management (previous experience is big plus)\\n
Translation of websites from English to German & French\\n
Ideally you have good interest in web technologies, graphics and know how to handle computer tools and social networks perfectly\\n
Critical to details, well organized and solution orientated\\n
Self-motivated, rigorous and precise person\\n
Good negotiation skills and stress resistance\\n
French fluent, English & German big plus\\n
