Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with mid-size and major companies Close service-based contracts aligned with Expleo's commercial strategy Drive profitability and contribute to commercial goals with a proactive mindset

Recruitment & Team Building

Collaborate with the recruitment team to select and onboard top consulting talents Build and manage your own team of consultants

Operational & Client Management

Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability of your portfolio Maintain strong commercial relationships with partners and clients Oversee project delivery and ensure high-quality consultancy services

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

Essential skills:
Minimum 3 years' experience in consulting sales FLUENT IN GERMAN AND ENGLISH (Swiss German is a strong advantage) Proven success in business development within the Swiss market (2+ years) Sector experience in banking, finance, insurance, public sector, or IT Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach Team player with a passion for networking and innovation

Desired skills:
Experience working with top-tier clients or government entities Familiarity with digital transformation and engineering services
