We are looking for a relationship-driven business mind with an eye for design, a feel for branding, and a profound understanding of digital agencies and their value.


As a Business Developer at Liip, you'll drive our presence in Zurich and the region - with a strong focus on winning high-impact digital projects. You're not just selling; you're building trust-based partnerships that align with our purpose and values.

Your Role

Grow Liip's client portfolio in the Zurich area, packaging and selling best in class user experiences and business solutions powered by Swiss-based software development.
Identify, approach, and convert new leads into concrete deals through prospecting, social media activities and collaboration with Liipers
Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and POs as well as Business Developers to shape compelling, human-centred offers
Spend 60-80% of your time in the field of meetings, networking, events and turning these conversations into real outcomes Supporting or leading the creation of proposals and pitches - often with a strong design focus

Your Profile

You are passionate about turning networking into new opportunities, running digital projects and caring about clients Solid understanding of the digital ecosystem - you know what an API, CRM, SDK or Design System and a frontend library is
Your first language is Swiss-German and you are fluent in English (French is a plus)
Well connected in the Zurich digital business community
Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and structure Naturally curious, reliable, and full of positive energy
