You will be responsible for driving high-value growth across EPAM's Commodities portfolio by defining and executing go-to-market strategies, shaping client engagement models and partnering closely with internal Consulting, Marketing, Alliances and Delivery teams as well as strategic industry partners.
In this role you will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives and decision-makers within leading Commodities organizations, identifying opportunities for transformative digital initiatives and orchestrating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions. You will combine thought leadership with hands-on execution, owning the end-to-end business development lifecycle from market intelligence and opportunity identification to deal closure and long-term client relationship management.

Responsibilities
Drive Commodities-related sales and marketing activities within your region while collaborating across regions to share knowledge and best practices
Identify originate and qualify new business opportunities within the Commodities industry
Coordinate and oversee the preparation of business value propositions sales plans and RFPs RFQs and RFIs acting as a liaison between Business Units sales partner teams and executive stakeholders
Work with cloud and technology partners to identify joint opportunities and target accounts within the Commodities space
Coordinate with EPAM and partner teams on joint pipeline development including pipeline and forecast reviews
Work with assigned partner managers to identify prepare and deliver solution messaging positioning EPAM as a trusted systems integrator
Drive joint marketing and go-to-market initiatives in collaboration with marketing and alliances teams
Requirements
Relevant experience across all stages of the enterprise sales lifecycle ideally within consulting or professional services
Strong relationship-building and networking skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the Commodities ecosystem
Experience selling software and IT services including digital transformation data or platform-led solutions
Exposure to and an established network within Commodities organizations such as energy metals mining trading or commodity-focused industrials is a strong advantage
Proven solution-selling capability with a track record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams
Self-driven commercially minded and comfortable operating in a hybrid sales and engagement role
