Your responsibilities:

Drive topline growth in Non-Wind EMEA markets Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies by segment, channel, and country. Identify and prioritize high-potential partnerships to accelerate revenue. Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline; forecast accurately and report performance to leadership. Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners, and influencers. Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts. Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners, and influencers. Qualify leads through structured discovery, needs assessment, and solution fit analysis. Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts. Collaborate closely with Sales Non-Wind, R&D & Product Management

Your profile:

5+ years experience in business development and/or solid sales background in composites markets Consistent track record of new business acquisition and topline expansion Proven ability to open new accounts and scale revenue impact Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and customer engagement Fluent in English (other European languages a plus) Willing to travel across EMEA
