You build the bioprocessing equipment business from scratch with a broad and competitive product portfolio
You will have a key position within the organization in Europe
You will work internationally and interculturally (Asia, Italy, DACH etc.)
Your key responsibilities:
You advise customers on large capital equipment for the production and packaging of active pharmaceutical ingredients (e.g. fill/finish lines)
You develop the marketing and sales strategy for the DACH region
You build long-term customer relationships in the CDMO, biotech and pharma market and develop a strong sales pipeline
You manage customer projects from conception to factory acceptance tests
You develop the company's brand awareness in German-speaking countries
Your profile:
You have more than 5 years sales and/or business development experience for production equipment in the life sciences industry in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
Very good knowledge of the needs of CDMOs, biotech and pharma customers
Existing network in the life sciences industry in the DACH region
Native German speaker and very good English skills (at least C1)
