Job Description

For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for a Business Engineer Client Services & Onboarding (Banking) (Reference no.: 924646OK).

Main tasks:



Development and optimization of innovative solutions for customer onboarding of private and corporate clients, taking into account regulatory and security requirements. Analysis and prioritization of requirements, creation of technical specifications (e.g. epics, features, user stories) as well as development and evaluation of solution approaches with regard to economic efficiency, quality and risks. Responsibility for ensuring the stable and smooth operation of the onboarding applications, as well as coordinating measures for troubleshooting and optimization. Close collaboration with the Scrum team, product managers and other stakeholders, as well as planning, moderation and execution of workshops to clarify requirements and develop solutions. Support throughout the entire lifecycle of change requirements - from conception and implementation to testing, acceptance, rollout and maintenance. Active participation in shaping and further developing the agile working methods within the team, as well as support in defining and implementing strategies for the continuous improvement of onboarding services and underlying processes.

Requirements:



At least 5 years of experience as a Business Engineer, ideally in a comparable environment, preferably in the financial industry with a focus on digital onboarding or client services. Completed studies in business informatics, business administration, business analysis/engineering (university, university of applied sciences, higher vocational school) or a comparable qualification. Solid knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering, as well as experience with common tools such as JIRA and Confluence. Project experience, especially in agile methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe), and the ability to actively shape agile working methods. Technical flair and a good understanding of IT systems, combined with the ability to analyze complex relationships and dependencies and to develop solutions. Confident handling of stakeholders, very good oral and written communication skills in German and English, and enjoyment of knowledge transfer and user support. Open-minded, empathetic personality with team player qualities, high independence, strong self-motivation and a solution-oriented way of working.
