What it's about







We are seeking experienced professionals from accounting/audit backgrounds looking to broaden their expertise, or investment and fund structure specialists interested in operational exposure. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic, cross-functional team that interfaces with investments, client services, and operations across local and international markets. We are looking for a professional to join our team in Zug.




Responsibilities:






Lead the on/off-boarding, transfer and restructuring of investments Co-ordinate and liaise with our investment, legal, tax and operational teams to assess operational feasibility of proposed investment structures Develop and implement solutions for a broad range of operational challenges, such as legacy portfolio transfers and the restructuring of investment funds and bespoke-client mandates Design operational solutions for our clients together with our structuring team Liaise with external auditors on an ongoing basis to discuss the impact operational solutions for clients and investments have in the respective financial statements Lead and manage small projects within the department and direct stakeholders Closely collaborate with team members across Singapore, Switzerland and the U.S. Design and implement process improvements ensuring data accuracy and efficiency




What we expect




Accounting/Finance/Legal or equivalent degree with at least 3-7 years of experience Previous experience within the private markets industry, Fund management, investment structuring or audit, with exposure to complex operational matters and project management Working knowledge of IFRS , a CPA or similar certificate is an advantage Determined to make a long-term contribution in a leading private markets investment management firm and to embrace change Passion for numbers, data and quantitative analysis, proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel Capable of working accurately, efficiently and independently even under pressure Highly self-motivated, with the ability to assess a situation and find a pragmatic, operationally feasible and efficient solution Ability to work with different teams across various jurisdictions/time zones, and to negotiate in a convincing manner
