BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE ANALYST


(NO REMOTE)

For this position we are looking for

a professional

accustomed to

making technological decisions and

managing requests

from various departments

based on business priorities and needs.



This role requires

combining strong analytical skills

with knowledge and experience in Business Intelligence solutions,

with

excellent written and verbal communication skills

, to interact clearly and convincingly with cross-functional stakeholders.

The ideal profile

is able to

work closely with key stakeholders (mainly at C-level)

to create systematic insights, data visualization, intuitive dashboards and data modeling

to support analysis in decision-making processes.


An innovative and open-minded individual,

able to work independently and with the

experience to manage a team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, IT)

to develop tools, processes, and best practices for continuous data collection, analysis, massive outputs, and presentations/reports.

Manage the BI/BA team

by responding to departmental requests and

maintaining high levels of performance and quality.


Develop policies and procedures

for the collection and analysis
Implement

new data analysis methodologies


Using querying techniques

to collect and extract data for reporting


Organize and oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse


Data analysis techniques

and technologies

, data visualization and modeling, trend identification

Cooperate with IT Department

to implement software and hardware upgrades to leverage big data use cases

Balance the line between IT and the business

:
Programming, data modeling and statistics
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Communication
Create or discover new data procurement and processing programs
Monitor analytics and metrics results

Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies


REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data science, engineering

, or a related field

5 + years

of work experience

Database and data architecture design


5 + years

of experience in Data Warehouse Business Intelligence
Deep Knowledge of

BI principles, Data Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling and reporting tools


Proficient in

ETL

(extract, transform, load)
Excellent knowledge of the

most common end-user tools

(Excel)

and DBMS's

(SQL, Elastic, Redis, Postgres)
Practical experience with

programming languages for extracting and manipulating data sets

(Python, SQL, R, etc.)
Knowledge of services like

Looker and Power BI for creating charts, graphs and other data visualizations


Critical thinking

and problem-solving
A good understanding of business practices
Communication skills

Leadership and project management experience


LANGUAGES



ENGLISH Fluent (verbally and written) with excellent communication skills.
Additional Languages will be considered a plus
