We are seeking a Business Manager to support the operational and strategic development of Julius Baer CIO Office. This role offers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from project coordination and financial oversight to process governance and internal communications.
YOUR CHALLENGE

Manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities within the business unit Lead and/or support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects Prepare presentations, concepts, and white papers for internal and external stakeholders Conduct and coordinate quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making Oversee financial planning, cost control, and reporting for the business unit and its projects Own and govern business unit-specific processes to ensure operational efficiency Organise and execute internal events and communications (e.g. offsites, town halls)
YOUR PROFILE

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration Excellent communication and presentation abilities Agile mindset with a structured and proactive approach to work Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Relevant higher education and professional background
