A job that matters: Your Tasks

The incumbent will drive Business Partner (BP) master data quality to enable end-to-end process efficiency, analytics and AI/automation. The role is globally responsible for further developing the existing governance framework for Customer & Vendor master data that supports our global Commercial & Procurement functions including end to end processes such as source-to-pay (S2P), market-to-cash (M2C) and request-to-deliver (R2C).





Refine the BP e2e master data management processes with the aim to maximize their global simplification, standardization and automation whilst enabling efficient execution of end-to-end processes. i.e. by enabling touchless execution of sales orders. Maximize the use of trusted external data sources and embed relevant business rules into the master data management system (SAP MDG-BP) as preventative (first time right) and detective controls (comprehensive performance monitoring). Further identification of BP critical data attributes, standards & business rules and definition of the BP codification, classification, hierarchies and status management in close collaboration with Global Process Owner(s). Determine the need for data cleansing of historical data and define the cleansing approach, with particular focus on dealing with obsolescence, duplication and data content gaps. Focus on supporting dormakaba's RECITE business transformation program by supporting further stages of BP design and required localizations. Develop functional specifications and develop testing scripts. Contribute towards the continuous improvement feed across the RECITE waves. Definition and implementation of a fit for purpose data & system architecture in the BP master data domain. Focus on maximizing integration across systems (e.g. Salesforce, S4/HANA and Ariba) and enabling opportunities through new technologies, e.g. (agentic) AI. Act as business owner of the SAP MDG-BP module. Define and implement a fit for purpose operating model for the BP data domain, by optimizing the interplay between onshore and near-/offshore resources. Exercise leadership of the BP related dormakaba community. Develop a BP change management roadmap that includes BP related common terminology, communications and training, with particular focus on engaging the users of the new RECITE-enabled environment

An experience that matters: Your Skills

5 years BP master data experience within multinational corporations. University degree with emphasis on data management, IT, supply chain or finance Strategic thinking, strong project management capabilities. Ability to drive initiatives in a global matrix organization. Proactive self-starter Courageous to constructively challenge the status quo. Experience in enforcement of standards in a process-driven environment and enabling data quality improvements across the organization. Ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships at various organizational levels. Solid communication skills. Demonstrable experience with SAP MDG-BP, SAP Ariba or Salesforce. Exposure to SAP Signavio a plus. Exposure to Shared Services environment
