Job Description

As a Business Planning & Process Manager, you will be one of the key players driving the success of our activation initiatives. Working closely with the Head, you'll orchestrate the seamless execution of the global strategy and cascade it to Regions and Markets.



Your role is pivotal in shaping our market presence through a deep understanding of the internal processes and markets insights aiming to deliver efficient project management. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Creative, Business, and Marketing Development to ensure our products and campaigns resonate with the market dynamics and our clients.

How you will create a beautiful impact:






Key Projects:






Annual Marketing Plan




Assist in the development and maintenance of the activation plans and timelines. Collect and organize activation data and product information. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.



Campaign & Activation Process




Assist with the creation of communication tools for each activation, including holistic asset requirement briefs to Creative Studio Maintain a clear and punctal overview of the assets list, and challenge to ensure the list is appropriate to the brand and business needs Maintain and release the go-to market strategy deck to ensure global departments are enabled to deliver the expected strategy to Regions and Markets Conduct thorough and ongoing analysis of activations to gain deep insights into market dynamics and identify opportunities for process optimisation



Centralised Marketing Hub




Assist with the management of marketing global meetings with the regions and maintain the action list defined during the sessions Facilitate regional activation requests to Global and the delivery process Maintain the Global brand master assets & guidelines Manage the Global Translations Account, ensuring optimal supplier performance and consistent delivery of high-quality translation services across all languages Build strong relationships across the organisation with effective communication



What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:






Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Collaboration and Relationship Management: work closely with global cross-functional teams in project management and execution. Ensure collaborative relations with regions, top markets to drive local relevancy and maintain brand culture while adapting to local needs Problem Solving Skills: Bring opportunities to the challenges of a project to find viable and effective solutions with the entire project team and facilitate the implementation of these solutions; coordinate the implementation of corrective actions during development to ensure on-time delivery Sense of Urgency, Prioritisation & Escalation: Report any developement alerts and points of vigilance to teams and management Leadership & Organisation: assist and report on monitoring meetings
