Within the "Site Network Basel/Kaiseraugst" organization, we design tailor-made solutions together with our stakeholders in the "Business Solutions" cluster. In the "Business Process Engineering" group, we ensure that the applications provided for "Logistic Solutions" are supported and further developed accordingly.
In the role as an application supporter, you ensure the resolution and management of incidents related to the applications we oversee, and implement new requirements in collaboration with IT and the responsible teams in accordance with the CSV-regulations..
Your opportunity
As an application supporter, you will work in a small team to ensure the most uninterrupted operation of our applications. You are responsible for managing and resolving application-related incidents as first-level support, ensuring efficient service restoration by collaborating with various stakeholders such as Business Process Owners, Customers, IT, QA, and Suppliers. You also handle request and enhancement management by creating, reviewing, and aligning requirements, and overseeing their implementation. Regular monitoring of application performance and availability is critical to detect and prevent potential issues. Troubleshooting and solving application-related problems are essential responsibilities, along with maintaining accurate documentation of incidents, service requests, and application changes. Providing timely user support, conducting application tests after changes, and offering training and guidance on application features are also within your purview. You ensure compliance with CSV-compliance and security standards, contribute to continuous improvement of support processes, and cooperate in projects to integrate objectives into the applications.
