How you make a difference

• You\\\'ll work within the DevOps team for \"My consignments\" as an IT Business Analyst, collaborating with the team and internal partners to design, develop, and take responsibility for new end-to-end solutions for the \"Logistics Services\" division of Swiss Post.
• Collaborating closely with the functional departments, you\\\'ll develop requirements that align with current processes and applications. Following this, you\\\'ll optimize and refine these requirements in collaboration with the DevOps and other IT architecture teams.
• You\\\'ll support and assist the DevOps team in implementing these requirements, even beyond your role as a Business Analyst, to achieve common objectives.
• Your responsibilities include abstracting complex relationships and introducing new solution concepts into our system landscape.
• You\\\'ll be involved in various thematic areas simultaneously, acquiring broad knowledge about customer needs, processes, the postal system landscape, and innovative modern technologies.

What you have to offe

• You hold a university degree (Bachelor\\\'s or Master\\\'s) in Business Informatics or a related field and have gained experience in IT Business Analysis.
• A strong team player, you enjoy collaborating with colleagues towards a common goal. You\\\'re an initiative-driven, resilient individual who acts independently with great motivation and delivers beneficial solutions.
• Thanks to your excellent communication skills, you can thoroughly understand requirements, develop suitable solutions, and explain them in a recipient-friendly manner.
• You possess comprehensive knowledge in Requirement Engineering and Solution Design, as well as a solid technical understanding, especially in application integration within complex system landscapes through interfaces.
• Willingness to participate in specific on-call duties is required.
• You can communicate effectively in German and English.
