For our client in the finance sector in Bern, we are seeking a Business Analyst (HR) 40% (Reference No.: 924496OK). Your responsibilities will be to identify, analyze, and communicate weaknesses in business processes, organizational structures, IT, and resource utilization. Develop requirements for implementing operational solutions.
Main tasks:
Supporting the HR department in the creation of requirement specifications for solution approaches, taking into account the ergo technical system requirements within the framework of the Portfolio Epics under the Outcome G5
Support due to absences in the team - breaking the peak
Analyzing the overall context of business processes, organizational structures, IT - as well as the use of material resources and identifying weak points
Collecting, reviewing and documenting the technical needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans
Developing solution proposals and decision-making bases based on the recorded requirements
Developing proposals for optimization options in terms of organizational structure and processes
Translating business requirements into ICT requirements
Processing change requests from clients and project committees and preparing the relevant decision-making bases for further action
Preparation of quality assurance measures according to the specified requirements
Evaluate and validate operational solutions against project specifications - create test cases. Assess and support user tests.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders and present the results of this communication
Requirements:
Relevant experience at least 8 years.
