: For our client in the financial sector, we are seeking a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM). The project involves the further development and optimization of the login process for the digital customer interface, including authentication processes and security architectures. This role is ideal for experienced analysts who can work strategically and conceptually, ensure successful implementation, and possess in-depth knowledge of IAM and security.
Tasks and responsibilities
:
Developing concepts, strategies and target images for Identity & Access Management (IAM) at the customer interface
Analyzing and optimizing existing security and authentication processes
Ensure that developed concepts are implemented practically and successfully.
Coordination and alignment with internal stakeholders (concept, architecture, business, IT) as well as external partners/service providers
Requirements
:
Several years of experience (> 5 years) as a business analyst, ideally in the financial or security sector.
Solid expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), especially in the context of digital customer interfaces.
Excellent knowledge of authentication technologies, especially OIDC and OAuth
Experience in the design and implementation of security solutions in digital channels
Understanding security architectures and their requirements
Experience in agile environments, ideally Scrum / DevOps
Strong conceptual skills as well as a structured and analytical way of working
Ability to communicate technical and professional requirements in a way that is appropriate for the target group.
