The Marketing Team of the Laboratory Division oversees the planning, creating and executing worldwide marketing and sales support activities in cooperation with our business units and sales organizations. Campaign Manager 100% (all genders)
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Manage multichannel campaigns for the Laboratory Division, making sure all material is available on time and campaign setup and launch run smoothly
Coordinate campaign creation and execution across different teams; be the main point of contact for all things related to global campaigns
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing multi-channel campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation based on the defined marketing plan
Create and review the content of landing pages, emails, social media, display, and telemarketing to ensure a high quality of materials and programs in line with brand and messaging guidelines
Work with several stakeholders, including external partners, to ensure top quality of all campaigns throughout the year
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and agency partners to ensure on time high quality delivery and efficient use of resources
Conduct A/B tests across different channels, collect and apply learnings; regularly review processes and performance for continuous improvement
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate regular reports and insights, and recommend optimizations to increase awareness and lead generation impact
Coordinate the development of the yearly marketing plan on behalf of the LAB Division
Serve as the central communicator for campaigns: liaise with Lab Marketing, sales, business units and agencies, ensuring clear, professional stakeholder management and alignment across a matrix organization
Contribute actively to content creation: write and edit campaign copy and materials, and provide hands on input to agency deliverables when required
What You Need to Succeed
Following requirements are necessary for this role:
You have at least a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration with a minimum of 3 years' work experience in a similar role in a multinational company, ideally in a technical B2B environment
Proven history of multi-channel campaign management and end-to-end delivery (awareness and lead generation)
You are proficient in MS Office tools and have experience in working with Adobe Experience Manager, or similar tools
As an organizational talent you have strong project management skills and impeccable attention to detail, you are comfortable with working in a complex and fast-paced international environment
Strong written communication skills with the ability to create and simplify content for a varied audience; experience producing or reviewing campaign copy, landing pages or emails is expected
You are proficient in English (at least C1 level) with excellent communication skills for both speaking and writing. Any other additional languages would be a plus
You are a team player and able to deal with a multitude of dependencies and stakeholders with a positive attitude, high degree of self-motivation and customer-orientation
Experience working successfully within a matrix organization and coordinating with multiple business units and external agencies is an advantage
