We're looking for a highly organized, brand-passionate profile support the execution of internal capability-building programs focused on brand building and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Support planning and execution of internal trainings and events (face-to-face & hybrid)
Coordinate with local and global agencies from briefing to execution
Manage operational tasks: hotel bookings, experience logistics, PO placement and all the financial follow-up
Assist in program evaluation and reporting
Create and manage presentations (PowerPoint) and tracking tools (Excel)
Profile:
Masters student with Customer Management and events planning and execution experience
Passionate about brands and brand experience
Experience in organizing events and managing logistics
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
* Fluent in English; other languages a plus
