Tikehau Capital recherche un(e) Sales Specialist dedie(e) aux Capital Market Strategies (CMS), qui jouera un role cle dans le developpement commercial en Suisse.


Vos principales responsabilites incluront :

Developper la distribution des fonds CMS aupres de banques privees et asset managers a travers la Suisse. Etablir et renforcer des partenariats durables avec des clients nouveaux et existants. Maximiser les revenus grace a des initiatives commerciales strategiques et un engagement cible aupres des clients. Faire preuve d'une solide connaissance des strategies de marche de Tikehau Capital, notamment dans le credit et les actions. Promouvoir activement la marque et l'offre de produits Tikehau Capital aupres des clients et investisseurs. Favoriser une collaboration etroite avec les equipes CMS afin d'assurer la bonne delivrance des produits et le suivi des clients. Maintenir une conformite stricte avec toutes les procedures applicables, y compris KYC et la protection des donnees. Collaborer etroitement avec les collegues Sales bases en Europe afin de partager les connaissances et les bonnes pratiques. Demontrer une comprehension approfondie du marche wholesale.

Tikehau Capital is looking for a Sales specialist focusing on Capital Market Strategies who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Switzerland. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Drive the distribution of CMS funds to Private Banks and Asset Managers across Switzerland. Establish and grow sustainable partnerships with new and existing clients. Maximize revenue through strategic sales initiatives and targeted client engagement. Demonstrate robust knowledge of Tikehau Capital's Market Strategies, including Fixed Income and Equities. Actively promote and enhance the Tikehau Capital brand and product offering among clients and investors. Foster strong collaboration with the CMS teams to ensure effective product delivery and support. Maintain strict compliance with all relevant procedures, including KYC and data protection requirements. Collaborate closely with sales colleagues based throughout Europe to share insights and best practices. Display an in-depth understanding of the Wholesale business landscape.



Profil :



Diplome de niveau Master 2 ou grande ecole de commerce. Experience de 5 a 10 ans dans un role similaire de vente au sein de l'asset management. Maitrise des produits de credit et d'actions. Experience averee aupres des distributeurs. Autonomie et agilite. Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement international. Base a Zurich.



Profile



Master's degree (Master 2) or Business School qualification. 5-10 years' experience in a similar sales role within the asset management industry. Advanced knowledge of credit and equity products. Proven experience working with distributors. Autonomy and agility Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. * Based in Zurich.
