About the team



Customer Care team is responsible of ensuring consumers have the best possible support, either proactively (by changing processes and products) or reactively (when consumers contact our Contact Center, located in Portugal).



On CCare Technology & Strategy stream, we monitor all ongoing actions and guarantee optimal results, by creating action plans and developing new initiatives/tools when required.



Who we're looking for:

Currently studying for your Master/bachelor's degree in STEM, Business Analytics, Business Management or Marketing High analytic spirit , ability to concretely design and simplify existing processes Experience in collection, analysis, and evaluation of consumer data Interested in customer care experience and insights Interested in new technology (AI) and how to apply it to our business Knowledgeable in MS Excel, Power BI & automation (Python or similar) to gain efficiency Fluent in one of the national languages and English, (German is a plus)
If you are also good at leading a wide variety of studies and taking ownership, you enjoy learning while operating in a changing environment, you are excellent in delivering results in a timely manner and have an effective and impactful communication style, you are the one we want for our internship within Customer Care Team at Philip Morris Products SA, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.



Roles & Objectives



The Customer care team has launched several initiatives that aim at insuring the best consumer journey for all our adult reduced-risk product consumers. The role of the Intern would involve active contribution to a broad variety of operational tasks, including analytics, development and review of customer care channels and support to performance monitoring.


The Intern will also gain experience in project management tasks and have the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team and environment, having contacts with a broader team including marketing, consumer journey, data & analytics and consumer retention.
