Au sein de notre departement Client Onboarding & Administration, vous integrerez le service Central Data. Vous aurez pour principales missions :
Analyse et investigation de la documentation juridique et fiscale des dossiers personnes physiques (AML/KYC, FATCA, QI, CRS) ;
Saisie des ouvertures de comptes par correspondance, en ligne ou par video conference ;
Collaboration etroite avec les services Compliance et Business Operations ;
Interactions frequentes avec les charges de relations.
Qualifications
Vous justifiez d'une experience confirmee dans un service administratif, de preference dans le domaine banque-assurance ou encore au sein d'une societe fiduciaire et/ou avez des connaissances dans les diverses reglementations bancaires ;
On reconnait en vous une personne methodique, rigoureuse et sachant travailler dans un environnement exigeant ;
Francais & anglais courants, a l'ecrit comme a l'oral. L'allemand est un atout ;
Bonnes aptitudes redactionnelles et sens de la communication ;
Maitrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel, Outlook) ;
Personnalite ouverte, sens du service vis-a-vis des clients internes ;
Bonne capacite d'integration.
