, we are reinventing the world of early childhood education - offering the best care and learning environment for children, and maximum flexibility for parents.




In our bilingual daycare centers (English/German) in Zurich, Pfaffikon, and Erlenbach, we accompany and care for children aged 3 months up to kindergarten entry, supporting them in their development through every stage of early childhood. Our premises are designed with thoughtfully arranged educational spaces that encourage exploration, creativity, and independence. In addition to a purposeful room design, we place great value on nature-based education - the outdoors is an important living and learning environment for us, where children can experience, discover, and grow through direct interaction with nature.




The allegra concept follows a modern pedagogical concept, supporting children on their path to independence by actively involving them in everyday activities and decision-making processes.




To complement our great team, we currently offer immediately or by arrangement

Certified Social Care Worker,

Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent)

[Fachfrau / Fachmann Betreuung]

(Native English Speaker)

Your profile:

Completed training as a childcare professional or an equivalent pedagogical qualification recognized in Switzerland. English as a native language. Willingness to participate in high-quality care, education, and childcare work at allegra. Enthusiasm for constructive collaboration with parents. Excellent organizational skills. Solution-oriented and interconnected thinking. Experience with an open concept approach or openness to working with an open concept. Reliable, flexible, and responsible. Individual talents such as musical ability, artistic talent, dance instructor, etc.
