We are looking for a motivated candidate to join our team and be trained in both Data Center operations and Support Engineering. Under the guidance of Laurent, you will gain hands-on experience with equipment management, monitoring, and support processes, contributing to the reliability and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
Objectives:
Learn to operate and maintain Data Center equipment, including racking new hardware and performing periodic equipment checks. Maintain accurate rack views in GLPI and manage inventory at Geneva and Lausanne locations. Develop support engineering skills, including ticket triage, categorization (ATC), and monitoring improvement using scripting to automate tasks and enhance reliability.

Skills Required:
