We are looking for an experienced individual to join our Basel office on 1 January 2026 or by
agreement as
Head of Finance / CFO
Member of the Executive Board / 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks

• Ensuring and further developing an economical, market-oriented controlling and management system (financial and operational accounting, sales and investment controlling, e.g. post-calculations and contribution margin analyses)
• Management of liquidity requirements
• Evaluation of cost centre data analysis and cost unit accounting Ensuring
• reporting (monthly reporting, ad hoc reporting)
• Planning and explaining profitability calculations for the attention of the management and the board of directors
• Collaboration and supervision in the preparation of strategic and operational corporate planning and preparation of the corresponding cost plans
• Monitoring of consolidated accounts and financial statements, intercompany coordination and liaison with the auditors, tax authorities and other stakeholders
• Ensuring and regularly optimising insurance solutions for the company
• Monitoring compliance with the internal control system (ICS/SOX)

Personnel management of the finance and IT departments with around 6 employees
Ensuring communication with the respective contact persons of the main shareholder
Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, finance or comparable education/training
• At least 8-10 years of professional experience in senior financial positions
• Several years of experience in an international environment
• In-depth knowledge of all financial management topics, controlling and tax law
• Proven leadership experience of teams (at least 5 employees)
• Analytical thinking and strategic mindset
• Very good Excel and ERP skills (SAP an advantage)
• Business fluent written and spoken German and English
• High resilience and strong communication skills
