The Position
As a CGT Master Data Management Expert, you will take on a pivotal role at the crossroads of Master Data, Project Management, and Business Analysis. With your expertise, you will ensure data accuracy and consistency, manage complex projects, and analyze business requirements to deliver data readiness for product launch and operational milestones. Acting as a crucial enabler for the PTC E2E Value Chain, you will drive end-to-end alignment of master data requirements across several system landscapes and governance structures while managing new master data configuration functionality being delivered via program releases and balancing the requisite change management.

The Opportunity

You enable and implement the master data management (MDM) strategy and principles for the CGT business unit to support seamless "virtual" treatment journeys. You drive domain-specific work packages, translating MDM strategy into actionable results. You design, develop and align MDM functionality across several systems , ensuring compliant, efficient, and high-quality data capture. You lead design work packages and roadmap items across systems, governance, processes, people, and data culture. You assess and propose solutions for complex MDM challenges, ensuring continuous improvement. You act as data steward for relevant master data, overseeing data readiness, quality, and availability across ERP and O&EM platforms. You collaborate with product teams, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders across multiple sites to ensure data readiness and consistency along the E2E value chain. You build and maintain a strong stakeholder network, ensuring alignment and effective communication on CGT MDM processes.

Who you are

You hold a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Value Chain Management, Enterprise Information Management, or a related field. You bring 5+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in Data Management, Business Analysis and Project Management. You demonstrate strong project management skills: bringing the right people together, setting timelines, and proactively driving initiatives forward. You have a proven track record in Master Data Management (ideally in pharma/CGT), including data governance, stewardship, and system design. You are experienced in working with agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, SCRUM, Design Thinking) and MDM-related systems such as SAP ECC/S4HANA, SAP MDG, or data quality/ETL tools. You are able to simplify complexity, make decisions under uncertainty, and communicate clearly across diverse stakeholders. You thrive in collaborative, patient- and data-focused environments and enjoy shaping solutions in a dynamic and regulated context.
