Channel Sales Manager

About the Role




Your primary objective is to turn our partner network into a high-performance sales engine. You will be the bridge between Threema and our distributors and resellers, acting as their primary motivator and closer. You will collaborate closely with our Partner Managers and the Strategic Partner Manager to ensure that both standard channel business and large-scale strategic deals efficiently move through the pipeline.

Your Tasks



Partner activation:

Reengage and energize our existing partner base, ensuring they have the necessary tools, knowledge, and motivation to succeed with Threema

Distribution management:

Work closely with distributors to manage the deal flow, providing sales support to help them close deals

Pipeline management:

Monitor and drive the partner pipeline to ensure that monthly and quarterly ARR targets are consistently met

Strategic support:

Collaborate with the Strategic Partner Manager on complex deals, providing tactical sales support to bring large-scale collaborations to fruition

Sales enablement:

Conduct product demos, sales training, and joint customer calls to increase our partners' "win rate."

You are results-oriented and possess the "hunter" mentality required to maintain a steady pipeline

Collaboration skills:

You are a team player who can transition seamlessly between managing your own channel tasks and supporting high-level strategic projects

Structured execution:

You are highly organized and capable of managing dozens of partners and hundreds of leads without losing focus

Experience:

At least five years of experience in channel sales, account management, or indirect sales within the IT/software sector

Language skills:

Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required. Any additional languages are a plus
